Please Note: provide your flight bookings by Friday 13th October. Once flight allocations are full you will need to make your own travel arrangements. Sponsors will be invoiced for any costs above or outside their sponsorship entitlements. Flights are subject to alteration at discretion of Virgin Australia. Fees may apply for any changes to bookings. Cancellations are subject to fees and charges.
All passengers flying Virgin Australia will be sent a Reservation Code and required to bring photo ID with you to the airport. Please ensure that the name on the flight booking form is the same as the photo ID to be used.
Accommodation and Conference
On completion of your online booking you will be emailed an invoice which will outline the arrangements made through the system (those who make a credit card payment along with their booking will receive a tax invoice). All prices include GST and credit card payment fees will apply if you have indicated that as your preferred payment option. Please contact the LCA office on (02) 9281 3277 or email Krystal@lca.asn.au with any Accommodation requests or dietary requirements for Conference.
All Registrations must be received by Thursday 26 October 2017. Cancellations of Accommodation or Events will be accepted prior to Thursday 26 October 2017. Cancellation fees will apply after that date, however substitutions are welcome.
